Pink Lemonade Sidra is a luminous, ultra-clean expression of Sidra from Campo Hermoso, produced by Colombian innovator Edwin Noreña. Crafted using a precise carbonic macerated washed process, this coffee is bright without being sharp, floral without becoming perfumed.

Harvested at peak ripeness, the cherries undergo a carefully staged fermentation that begins in an anaerobic environment before transitioning to a pristine washed finish. The result is a cup that feels intentional and composed, with every flavor clearly articulated and seamlessly integrated.

The fragrance opens with soft lavender and warm baking spices. In the cup, pink lemonade leads the way followed by notes of lavender, milk chocolate, and a gently sweet core. As it cools, layers of chamomile and lemongrass emerge, adding depth and complexity. Bright citric and malic acidity keep the profile lively, while a creamy mouthfeel and medium body provide balance and polish.
